We work directly with manufacturers who share our standards. Every fabric is chosen for how it feels, how it wears, and how it holds up over time. We do not cut corners on construction, and we keep our pricing honest.

Our Approach
Small batches, big standards
We do not produce thousands of units and hope they sell. Every collection is produced in limited quantities, which lets us maintain strict quality control and avoid excess inventory that ends up in landfills.
This also means when a piece sells out, it is gone. We bring back designs that earn it, and we keep pushing forward with new ones. Scarcity is not a marketing trick for us. It is how we keep standards high.
Return Policy
3 Day Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If something does not fit right or you are not happy with the product, reach out to us within that window and we will take care of it.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not qualify. Sale items and promotional purchases are final and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
Send us an email at zeesh.in.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to send the item back. We will arrange a pickup or guide you through the shipping process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. If you have any questions about the status, just reach out and we will update you.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, let us know when you initiate the return. We will hold the replacement item for you and ship it as soon as we receive the original. Exchange availability depends on current stock, so reaching out early gives you the best chance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund. Do not throw away the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
